Tony has extensive experience in assisting clients with all aspects of Asset Management, Maintenance Strategy, Reliability Centred Maintenance and PM Optimisation, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Development, Auditing Processes, Document Systems Development and specialised training. Tony is experienced in working with all levels of business - from shop floor staff to executive management and brings 25 years of industry experience and knowledge to his clients.

Tony demonstrates an extensive understanding of and experience in the use of many CMMS operating systems including SAP, Maximo, JDE and Oracle. He has the ability to learn systems quickly, and can apply his systems knowledge to a range of operating environments as well as deliver in house specialised training.

Tony has worked with many of Australia's top 100 listed companies (including international clients) ensuring you are working with a consultant who possesses the suitable experience and the right mix of operational exposure to the CSG (Coal Seam Gas), Coal, Iron Ore, Gold, Steel, FMCG, Oil and Gas industries.

Samantha Watson
Senior Consultant & Development Manager

Samantha our Senior Consultant and Development Manager, brings with her a wealth of experience within service and administrative environments - both in the private sector and local government environments.

Samantha is LEAN and Six Sigma trained and accredited and specialises in:

Her extensive customer service, call centre, administration process and marketing and events management experience has seen her work with both private and public sector businesses from 50 to 1,500 employees, receiving numerous awards along the way.

Samantha can provide guidance, strategy and training to assist clients in establishing customer-focused services and efficiencies in operations. She is passionate about the dynamic and important mix of people, processes and technology and how they work hand in hand to deliver positive outcomes. Samantha can assist with specialised support in process redesign, identifying cost saving initiatives and efficiencies as well as development of strategic service orientated projects and training.

Samantha takes a highly creative, and at the same time methodical and analytical approach, to delivering results for clients and works inside the business with your team to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. She can assist you with special projects and can also offer flexible in-house support if these resources are not currently available within your business.

We welcome John to Spectrum Performance, John brings with him specialist skills in Asset, Integrity, Corrosion and Inspection Management with a keen interest in QA,QC and Risk Based Inspection (RBI). Born in the UK, John is married and has one child and lives in Brisbane but frequently is called upon to complete projects Internationally.

John takes a keen interest in these bodies and has presented several papers at conferences around the world. Providing practical and down to earth solutions for Integrity and Risk based Inspection challenges. From the initial FEED concept right through to end of life, for both small and large facilities and provide the experience and knowledge to complete the task to International standards.

John can also assist with Asset Integrity Management Planning, auditing, writing, building and implementation. QA,QC, Lead Auditor, Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Asset, Auditing, Failure investigations, Integrity, Corrosion and Inspection Management.
